2 TV's on one Direct Tv Receiver?

by Conny
(USA )

I have a standard not HD directv receiver down stairs in my bed room. Since I spend a lot of my time upstairs on my computer I would like to hook up my old samsung tv to the receiver down stairs.

Is there a way I can do this? My old tv has only a coax input and the direct tv has only two coax cables, one RF and one Off air!

As well the colored cables and a S output but these I can't hook up on the old tv......

I have tried splitters with no luck. Yes, it is just $5.00 a month to get another receiver but money is very tied.

Can you help?

Thank you,

Conny
