7 hours wasted -- Direct TV owes me
I wanted to try DirectTv for all the channels they
offer especially NFL. So I set up an appointment with them for a Sunday and they told me my time frame was between 12-4pm.
So I go to buy my new TV on Sunday morning and make sure to be home by noon. I called to see if they had any idea about when the technician is
coming, no luck, all I can do is wait.
So I did. At 3:15pm they called to let me know that their technician is running late so he won't be able to make until 5pm.
At 4:30 pm they called again and said that the technician is still having trouble and that it won't be until 6pm.
At 5:30 they called to say it won't be until 7pm. At 7:15pm I get a message from Direct TV representatives saying that the Technician called them and told them that we wanted to re-schedule and that he's just calling to confirm.
You think after waiting 7 hours that's what I want to do? re-schedule! I couldn't believe it! I was in a real nightmare!
7 hours wasted. That's a whole day of paycheck that Direct TV owes me and they don't want to know how much I make.
I will definitely spread the word. It doesn't stop here.
