I called Direct TV to find out why several of my channels were off. Some of them said no channel not purchased.
After explaining that my son was paying for my service, this service representative said that he could not talk to me because I am not listed on the account.
I said well let me just ask about what could be the problem with my service. He told me either have your son contact us or else put your name on the account.
Direct TV management is the problem with this poor service.
