A disatisfied Direct TV Customer

I have been a customer for almost 7 years. I have signed new contacts to move, upgrade equipment, etc. Each time a do there is a hidden fee, poor service, late installation, etc.
During the past two weeks I have had broadcasting issues for 2 Nascar Chase races and an NFL game. Their response - Use rabbit ears.
If I wanted to use rabbit ears why would I pay for local channels and why would have Direct TV? They offered me $15 worth of credit for my hour plus phone call.
I then emailed, they tell me to call this number, they have a pin set up for my account, etc. I call....same bs.
No one knows what I am calling for:
"we have to look into that mam"
"I'm sorry for your troubles, yada, yada, yada..."
I am paying the early termination fee and moving on. Sorry for everyone who makes the mistake of signing up their contract!!!
