A letter to Direct TV Management

by Michael
(USA)

I have posed this question to numerous Direct TV Email accounts and links on their web site and have been continually ignored, so I thought maybe Direct TV could answer my one simple question.

I understand Direct TV management is fighting the righteous fight with FOX networks because of a pricing dispute over how much they want to increase and how it will impact their loyal Direct TV customers, such as myself.

My question that continues to be ignored:

Why did Direct TV send a blimp and advertise on every World Series game? The World Series was on a Fox Network?

No one in Direct TV organization has been able to answer this question, in fact no one has even attempted?

Since the start of the W.S I have continually posed this question, the last time I followed the link on Direct TV site claiming (If you've contacted Customer Care and require additional clarification or support, contact Ellen Filipiak, Sr. VP of Customer Care.), seems Ms. Filipiak was too busy to answer as well (I can't even get a canned corporate response).

I am very disappointed, not only at what I perceive as unethical corporate behavior, Direct TV won't carry a channel that over charges their customers, but will advertise on the same network when it suits their purpose, but also once again feeling as though I am being used as a pawn by their company once again (this seems like an exact rerun of the Versus issue 2 years ago).

As I stated earlier, I just want an answer to my question above.

Signed a very disappointed Loyal Direct TV Customer

Michael
