A loyal customer since 2004 treat with bad customer service

I received my September bill and it had a lot of credits on it - Credits that I didn"t understand.

When I called to inquire about my bill, a young lady tried to explain my bill to me but she made absolutely no sense, so when i kept telling her to make it simpler to me, she got very irritated with me and she hung up on me without saying anything.

This is unacceptable since it is customers like me who pay her bills. There is too many other good companies out there that offer GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and if and when I ask another question about my bill I really do hope the next representative will had a lesson in how to treat and KEEP loyal customer.

I was very disappointed in the way she handle herself and represent Direct TV company.
