A REAL DIRECT TV CUSTOMER SINCE 2008/NOT FOR LONG

I never had a problem until today Oct.3 2010. I have been a loyal Direct TV customer for two years.
I signed on to Movers Connection to give my daughter who lives in a wooded area a chance to have decent programing.
What a joke I have been transfered 7 seven times in the last hour and still do not have any results ?!
One person told me my account was canceled but could not give me an cancellation number; another did not see a order for cancellation at all !
Because I wanted an upgrade for 29.99 for family package to choice package at same price, so I asked for a supervisor.. of course got disconnected.
I will be calling back all night! :(
