A story from Unsatisfy Direct TV Customer

I was lied to when I order Direct TV. They said I would get Internet, Phone and TV all in one bill for one price.
Then when two separate bills came, which was much higher than the price I was quoted, I called and again talked to numerous customer service operators.
They agreed that I could cancel my contract with no early termination fee. Well, I was charged over four hundred dollars...and when I called and of course talked to Eli, he assured me that I would get credited with in 24 to 72 hours, and then he said he would transfer me to the accounting department, to complete the transaction.
That is when I talked to Max, who said the previous direct tv associated did not know what they were talking about and that I would not get a refund, and that they only give refunds if your dead, with a copy of the death certificate.
I could not believe the atrocious customer service treatment, and something is very wrong with Direct TV........my service request # is 1 58218559195R.
I did record 4 associates saying that I would not be charged....and when I spoke with Max he was adamant that I will not be getting my money back!!!
Well, I believe that four hundred dollars that Direct TV took from me will cost them a lot more, for having a consumer whom has been lied too and taken advantage of will use all the tweeter, facebook, personal, business, etc.
I make contacts to make sure other people know my experience with direct tv. I think Making Money must not be Direct TV objective, for ther poor customer service and unethical dealings with me as a customer, made me not want to do business with them!
