About Direct TV rebates

A few months back i signed up for Direct TV. I did what Direct TV representative told me to do about the rebates and i was suppose to get 30 dollars. Today I received a card in the mail saying my rebates were invalid because "Your Submission did not include an original final bill with applicable ECF charges. I do not know what that means and I never receive a bill from Direct TV. They go into my online account and I never check it unless the bank call me about a problem. Also could you send me a E-Mail with my Account #. Terrence Comment: Peggy, you shall call up Direct TV to proceed further, we are not represent Direct TV or work with Direct TV.
