All Direct TV Do Is Lie!

Direct TV lie all the time and they have taking $97 strait out of our account and haven't return that money to us yet! That $ was equipment that we have called about for one yr now to return it. Direct TV never sent us boxes even when we moved and had Direct TV Installers over again to set up everything. Then Direct TV decide to charge us Without us knowing!! We called to have Direct TV look up in their computers that we have called and tried to give that back to them! It showed that Direct TV sent boxes to wrong house but still decided don't to pay up back! Direct TV manager didn't even help up after reading history, still waiting on our money so we don't have to deal with Direct TV anymore! Direct TV Bills were never right; never got amount i signed up for. It was always about 60-80 $ more! And it always took about 2hr for Direct TV installer to set up the equipment.
