All our Direct TV Channels say no signal. How do we correct this?

Terrence comment: Hi Dane, is that you just purchase this Direct TV package, or it had been quite some time?

If it is new package, you shall call up Direct TV and they will fix up for you.

If it is an existing package, do yo know why it suddenly get no signals? Etc Lightning strike?
