Amazing Direct TV Technician

We moved into our new house on last Friday. The movers arrived much later than expected so we were not ready to have the Direct TV installed when expected. The Direct TV technician was incredibly patient and helpful. He was not annoyed or frustrated that we were not ready at the appointed time or that he was here until 10 p.m. on a Friday. Our second TV was not even installed until late Saturday evening and the tech called to check in with us to see when would be convenient to come back. He fit us in to his very busy Monday and we were incredibly grateful. I wish every tech from the Direct TV companies we deal with during a move could be so kind and helpful. He is truly a star employee for Direct TV. I hope he receives recognition for his outstanding service to the company. Terrence Comment: Do you mind to share with us his name and his employee ID?
