Another Direct TV Receiver

I currently have only one Direct tv receiver in my house. When I had it installed over two years ago, I don't think that there was any offer of DVR or other rooms for $4.95 a month (I could be mistaken).

I would like to know how I would go about getting another receiver.Thanks
