Bad Customer Service

Like Jim say, I agree that direct tv have the rudest, most incompetant customer service. They sent me bill and said that i owed them money for a receiver that I had returned.

Unfortunetly, I didnt write the track number down. I made the mistake of paying them once with my credit card and apparently now they feel they can just take money out of my account.

They have the last two months and then contact me after asking if they can take the money out. Just take my advice, stay away from them.
