Bad Direct TV Company Service

Our two receiver boxes are not working correctly. We get a rolling horizontal on each tv.
Direct TV company says they have had a problem with these boxes and are working on the problem, but it has been a problem for us for several months.
I don't feel that with all the money we pay for this service, they are unwilling or do not have another type of receiver we can use to correct the problem.
We are probably going to switch to another service, because we are fed up with this company.
