Bad Direct TV Customer Service - from ex- customer

bad, stink...o ,atrocious,the pits, an abomination....should be run out of the state of ma.I requested a physical change of address order. apt.1 to apt. 2; same building so far not to difficult...
The date was to be monday the 3rd. of aug. 2009. I received a phone message from sha???? He was stating that there had been a little mix up and leaving a #508 6273267 for me to reschedule.
I called in the latter part of the evening and spoke with a Direct TV customer service agent. We arranged for an appointment for the next day.
At this time i had a bit of conversation with her in reference to the tech claim that i had been the one to cancel...and at this juncture I told her i had the message from sha?!
It recorded on my cell phone canceling my appointment at that time the very pleasant agent set an appointment for me for the next day; also informed me she would expedite my appointment by leaving a message for the local MA office.
At 04th Aug morning, I received a call from a Direct TV agent inquiring as to the set of circumstances of my lost appointment.
At the 3rd of Monday, and she was verifying my appointment; which in no way resembled the time i had set up the previous evening..
Another conversation with a second Direct TV agent on tuesday afternoon. We set an appointment for wednesday afternoon.
I gave special instructions to call 1st since i will not be home from work till possibly 3:30. In day no 3... another appointment receive a phone call via Direct TV animatron; appoinment set for 4:00 to 8:00 no problem, this all makes sense.
6 pm; none has shown ...now knowing Direct TV service to be less than stellar i call Direct TV office and i was told the appointment is not for today so again neither the time nor the date match.
Shall i even ask why direct tv bother to set appointment time since you obviously choose to show up when you feel-like?
It is my opinion that i should be charged for service to the date of the 5th. of aug. at 12:00 pm. It is the company "direct tv" that has failed to complete their contractual agreement.
They did not establish service in a timely matter gave false information cost me time and money and threatened me by claiming verb and verse their ability to with draw from my credit card on record any monies they feel i owe the direct tv
