Bad Direct TV Customer Service

by Mike
(fremont,NC 27830 USA)

In the last few days I have noticed that direct TV has put gray bars on the channels that are not HD

These gray bars are frustrating. I purchased a big screen TV so I can have a large picture. And those idiots at direct TV decided to put bars on it????

That just goes to show that people that sit behind a desk all day have nothing better to do but to frustrate there customers and do things like add bars to the sides of our screens thinking that they are improving customer relations.

Try calling customer service thinking it would be in English you would be sadly mistaken. We are in America why should we have to press a number for English?

I had called customer service and the operator was speaking Spanish?? Go figure! That just goes to show ignorence in the USA by the Pencil pushers.
