BAD Direct TV Customer Service

I changed from Dish Network to Direct T.V. as they had local channels in HD. This turned out to be a huge mistake.
I was told that the technician would be out on a Saturday. I canceled my other service on Monday and had no issue with not having T.V. for 5 days.
The technician didn't show up and didn't call. I called Direct TV and they said they can't control the actions of their guy and rescheduled me for installation in another 5 days.
They offered to extend the free movie channels for a year and I agreed. The installer showed up this time; however, charged my wife for 150.00 dollars, check made out to him, when it was suppose to be free installation.
I called Direct TV and he said my wife had to agree and they must have done something special. He said he would not refund this money and I would have to write a letter to complain.
This wasn't worth my time, so I took the beating. 3 Months later my movie channels got cut off and my wife called about the free year. The person said they had no record of that and told her she was "out of luck".
My wife is a very quite and trusting person, remember the $150 she gave the technician. She couldn't believe the issues. I was then trimming my bush out side and cut the cable.
I guess the special installation included running cable in the middle of my bush and not attaching it to the house. The second technician didn't charge me and said that was the worst installation he has seen.
Remember I paid 150.00 extra and they cut off the free movie channels. I would cancel right now if they wouldn't charge me to do that. They really don't care about customer service at all.
Dish Network even called me and basically begged for my business. I had been with them for 8 years and it was a huge mistake. I am now out 150.00 and the frustration of the whole thing. My wife was in shock. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life.
