Bad Direct T.V. Customer Service

I was trying to get through Supervisor through direct tv customer service and all three representative from direct tv hang up the phone on the customer. I do not want to pay my bill now with all this issue - i will refuse to pay! They are rude and disrespectful people at direct tv. I will have service with them again.
