Bad Experience With Direct TV Installer Appointment
by John Frazier

If customer service is of any interest to Direct TV company, they need to review of their installation program.
We have been trying to get an additional line installed for over a month. The first scheduled install was a no-show (we waited for over five hours).
The second scheduled time was between 4-8. The Direct TV installer showed up at 7:30 without the needed parts for the installation.
Today we have another 4-8 appointment. It is now 6:50 and when we called, they told us they would be here in the next two hours.
There is no way a line through the attic can be installed at night. If Direct TV do not want us as a customer, they shall just tell us.
