Yes! Worse customer service ever!

Last October I told them both verbally and in witting that I didn't like their Football package and to NOT renew it because I didn't want to pay for something I didn't use and what happens - this June I may have tossed some garbage mail and it was a letter/junk mail from them saying if I Did't respond negatively, I would be AUTOMATICALLY renewed.

What didn't they understand back in October of 2007. Yes they renewed me and say that they can't cancel it because the season has started. I say bull shit, if they can mistakenly cut my DVR service back in october of 08, then they can cancel the stupid Football package.

Talk about underhanded sneaky practices. Their email are also insulting, stating how great they are and how much value I'm getting just after I told them it was worthless to me.

They don't listen and have NO memory. also I swear they don't read the emails, just give you canned responses.
