Bad service of Direct TV

I had direct tv for one month and called them repeat again and again due to the fact I was suppose to receive about 13 channels.
The man installed the system said: "you have a problem that you can receive just the local channels and you have to call their office"; which i did and did this a few more times.
Finally i told them to send me a final bill and I am canceling if you do not fix the problem, they disconnected my service and i paid the last bill in full.
Then they come another bill for early termination. It does not make sense when they broke their contract with me by not being able to receive the channels i was suppose to get under the plan!
I told them i could use rabbit ears to receive the local channels, it seems like they don't care about their customers! This was just after hurricane katrina and money was very hard to come by redoing the house and all.
I had three feet of water in my house it was really destroyed just finishing this and a company like this.
Please don't sign up contract with them. Now they have a credit bureau harassing me. This company is trash!
