Beware: Direct TV hit you with Extra charges without your knowledge and then put you in Collections

We had cancelled Direct TV and paid off the balance. Not even a week later of paying off account and it STATING $ 0 balance---we got a letter telling my husband and I we were in collections for $ 161.00 for UFC fights movies without our knowledge of owing anything! We always got billed for them every single month! Beware they are sneaky and will put you in Collections and Ruin your credit and tell you that you owe stuff when you DONT. We were good customers for 4 years! Do Not Get Direct TV! They are sneaky and have horrible customer service. The manager was laughing at my husband on the phone when he was upset with this situation! How professional is that for a MANAGER?!? Horrible Customer Service!
