Beware Of Free HD Direct TV

If you look at any advertising for DIRECT TV you see or hear the words''FREE H.D. FOR LIFE.. Well, may be that is true but if you are a customer and want to add the so called FREE HD.. It will cost you $10.00 minimal to get it plus equipment cost and installation. They state the Equipment is their property but you pay for it up front. Please understand that I am one of their very early customers from the mid 90s when they were a new company. They wanting your business now they have gotten big and do not care. I took 2 service calls to fix a problem with a bad receivers that were worn out with a service plan that covers equipment replacement plan at $5.99 a month. I have paid more that the dam receivers cost plus the 2 they replaced were purchased new by me. Back then, they did not even have install service you did it yourself. Like some of the other big companies in AMERICA, they have out grown their roots and no longer are a customer service company.. It is sad that they have became a run a round company.. DIRECT TV RANKS NUMBER ONE IN SCREWING THEIR CUSTOMERS! I will be changing to DISH once my current month is up as i have no service contract; I can walk away and with no free walk.
