Beware of this Direct TV Installer! He is a thief !

The DirecTV installer stole the DISH smart card when he disconnected the Dish receiver. Of course he denies it, and Direct TV will not honor out claim for the value $50 for that smart card. As new customer, we are really disappointed that Direct TV would hire a thief and send them out into customers homes. To add insult to injury, they refuse to compensate for any items stolen for their customers homes. BEWARE OF DirecTV technician named Travis (Tech # DVWA 443875) Don't let him in your home, or at least don't let him out of your sight while he is in your home. Or use a NANNY CAM!
