Can't Get DIRECT TV

I've had an installation appointment set up 3 times with DIRECT TV, I have taken off from work 3 times for this.. and end up no one to show up! Calling them is a complete nightmare...on the phone for 45 minutes just to tell me they can't get in touch with the Tech, and they'll call me back. Which they NEVER do. I thought my cable provider was horrible but at least they deliver a service. No Thank Direct TV!
