comment from new direct tv customer - bad customer service

Because of all the promised good deals and promised great service by Direct TV, I have to call their customer service all the time and wait forever to talk to a representative.
Then if you actually get to talk to someone you can't understand them and they can't help you anyway.
One out of every 15 or 20 representatives is great and helpfull, but you have to get real lucky to find them.
DO NOT GET DIRECT TV!!!
