I had enough with Direct TV

I signed up for Direct TV the first week in Nov.
It is now December 28th. It has not yet been installed.

I have been scheduled 10 (ten) times for instalations. No one showed up or called.

I or my wife had to stay home all day, 10 seperate days waiting for a technition to call or show up. I have had to reschedule numerous appointments and we have lost several hundred dollars in lost wages because we had to be at home waiting for the technition to install the dish. The last call I got from Direct TV said they would have to find a new company to install my dish.

I have had it with this irresponsible company.
Tomorrow I will cancel my subscribtion with Direct TV.
