Connecting Direct TV to Windows Media Center

I am a recent ex-Comcast customer and although I am generally pleased with Direct TV I have a real problem interfacing it with Windows Media Center on a Vista PC. With Comcast cable it was a piece of cake. Can anyone lead me through the process in a step-wise fashion. I am computer semi-literate and may need some hand-holding. Fram
