Whereby Cable TV is like telephone line / electricity wiring; which require to pull the underground cable all the way from the main station to each household unit which involve lot of physical works like excavation by using machinery, filling back the excavated soil, cable cost, authority approval to dig... The setup cost is very high compare to Satellite TV.

Simple mathematics:- Higher Setup Cost, the bills to their customer will be higher in order to earn profit; we as consumer are simple, who can provide us the similar quality of service with cheaper price, we will use them, right? :)

This situation make the Satellite TV system to K.O the cable TV in very short period.
