Direct TV Bad Picture Quality

Since switching to Direct TV I am having second thoughts. Everyday between 11'ish and 4 pm, the picture freezes, pixels and then comes back on normally every few minutes. This has been an ongoing problem! Direct TV tech was here last week and replaced everything but the dish (so he said).....I am ready to get my attorney involved (two year contact)...
