Direct TV - Bait and Switch

I ordered Direct TV HD package bundled with Verizon phone and internet 06/16/09. The wrong equipment was installed and we were not aware until the tech left and we signed the work order.
We did not receive an HD receiver or dish. Direct TV will not fix this problem without charging us $299 for a new dish, so our HD TV is useless for the next two years.
I will not pay them to fix their mistake. Also we received a bill from Verizon for $165 for equipment ( a cheap modem)
Our phone service is basic service with no caller ID or three way calling or any other phone features. We are locked into a 2 year contract with Direct TV and Verizon.
I will be canceling my service in two years to the day and will let everyone I know what a rip off direct TV is and how they bait and switch their product and try and charge for fixing it.
Beware of Direct TV and Verizon. I was a Brighthouse TV customer for years and am sorry I ever switched.
