Direct TV, champion of Customer NO Service

I am not happy with direct TV customer service. Sales rep are not knowledgeable to what they are selling.

Although they answer your email quick, they don't deliver what they promised. Different sales rep have different opinions.

You have to make sure that everything is done in writing before you have an installer go to your house or you will be surprise on the additional fees.
