Direct TV charge for everything

We went with Direct TV, as they were advertising a low rate (35/mos). Here's the glitch, after the year is up (oh and you have to sign a contract with them for 2 years to get the low rate), they raise the rate (just for basic) to $78/Mos.
Then if you try to get out of the contract, they will tell you stuff like "well you can pay $20/mos to get out of your contract" but when in reality they charge you $200 and you have 20 days to pay it.
Then when there was a storm, and it moved the satellite dish just a few micro inches, they charged us $50 (evertime) for coming out and fixing it.
Obviously we got no reception. We live in a tornado state, and they never had any weather channels to show us approaching storms, but of course if they did, we would never be able to see it anyway.
They also charged us for 3 DVRs when we only had 2, and because the service guy would not take the 3rd DVR (as one of them was not working), we had to "MAIL" it in (when he could have taken it while he was at our home" we had to hassle with Direct TV to not charge us for it.
It was an awful experience, and I will never use Direct TV again. There is no customer service AT ALL. Oh, now they keep calling to get us back. NEVER GONNA HAPPEN :)
