I have never been so unhappy with a service. The direct tv installer scratched up my furniture and left wires hanging from the side of my house.
After calling to get someone out to my house to contain the wires, they finally called me back after two days and then came to fix the problem a week later.
What I am really upset about is I received my first bill for $40.00 over what I was expecting /told my bill would be.
I qualified for a rebate and was told if I went through the necessary steps before my direct tv was installed it would show on my first bill and so on for the next twelve months.
When I called customer service which they were very rude and very unhelpful. I was told that they realized they were at fault, but could not credit my account or make adjustments.
The amount is to be drafted out of my account on the 7th of Sept; and I called on the 30th of August and nothing can be done.
Go figure.
