Direct TV Customer Service can be good

Since so many people on here are unhappy with Direct TV service, I wanted to chime in. I've has DirecTV for 6 years now. Anytime I run into issues or problems I call them and they are able to get things resolved. They even upgraded my dish and DVR for no charge and gave me a $10/credit for a year. If you don't get a good Direct TV customer service representative on your first call (it happens) try again. Click here to read or post comments.
