Direct Tv Customer Service Sucks

Direct TV has one of the worst customer service. They said they are giving us a rebate and charged us full.
We have to call 10 times and each time they give us a different reason. It has been more than 6 months and still they dont give correct explanation.
They say they will send rebate but never do that.
