HDTV drops the ball

When having my HDTV installed, damage to my home electrical service was damaged by the installer drilling though my outside wall to run cables.

The technician drilled though a wire and knocked my electrical wire in my entire kitchen and basement.

I had to hire a contractor to tear out sheet rock to get to the severed wire and pull new wiring. I paid for the expense of $265.00 out of my own pocket and after faxing info three separate times and having discussions three separate times no movement on the bill revised.

I am now in the process of small claims court, which appears to be the only way to reclaim what is owed. Take a minute to read HDTVs customer satisfaction statement so you can have a good laugh too!
