Basically, all the deals has come with the following:-

* free standard installation (125ft cable length within the dish location from your receiver located )

* Local channels included for free. ( Limited to the local channels within your state only )

* Free use of Direct TV Equipment with no rental charges. ( However, these equipments are still belong to Direct TV. Direct TV Deal

You will need to return the equipment to them when you terminate their service.

If not, they will charge you equipment cost, depend on which equipment you are not returning.. )

* The equipment is come with 90 days warranty from the installation date. If there is any technical issue arise, your equipment is not working, you will need to pay for the repair cost or the equipment replacement cost.

But, you can reduce this risk by taking their equipment protection plan, that charge you extra USD 6.98 / month, but if there is any technical problems, the cost will be paid by Direct TV.

* You need to sign up a 2 years contract with Direct TV if you take any of their deal. If you terminate their service in less than 2 years, they will imposed penalty charges on you.

The penalty charges is calculated base on USD 20.00 / month x remaining of the month before your 24 months contract period ended.

* Make sure you only take the channel that you want during sign up their service.

Please note that if you are currently taking their standard programming for 16 months, and you decide to upgrade to HD programming, your contract period with them will auto renew to 24 months again without prior notice, since they will need to replace the standard dish and standard receiver in your home to LNB 5 Dish and HD Receiver.
