Direct TV didn't reward old customer

Direct TV are constantly advertising cheaper packages and sign on bonuses for new customers. However, once a customer, Direct TV never send a coupon, give a discount rate that is running or anything. They set the account up for a fixed amount and 6 yers later , paying the same amount or even more... They never rewarded for being a committed customer and not switching to the many choices out there .... It seems that Direct TV would spend as much time on appreciating and rewarding their faithful customers as they are trying to recruit one.
