Direct TV Disaster

WE HAD DIRECT TV FOR A YEAR AND LAST WEEK WE SUDDENLY LOST THE SIGNAL. I CALLED DIRECT TV AND THEY SENT A TECHNICIAN FROM MOBILE PRO ON FRIDAY TO CHECK THE SIGNAL AND BRING A NEW HD BOX.
THE TECHNICIAN SPENT HOURS IN THE HOUSE AND ON THE ROOF WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO CONNECT ANYTHING AND DRILLED OUR WINDOWS WITHOUT OUR CONSENT.
THE IDIOT DID NOT EVEN SEE THE EXISTING FIBER OPTIC CABLE AND OUTLETS ON THE WALL THAT WAS ALREADY CONNECTED TO THE OTHER DIRECT TV BOX.
ON TOP OF THAT, HE LEFT THE ROOF LATCH OPEN AND WITH THE RAIN ON SATURDAY THE HALLWAYS FLOODED!
WE CALLED THEM THE SAME AFTERNOON AND THE SUPERVISOR PROMISED TO COME IN THE NEXT DAY AND FIX EVERYTHING AND KEPT US IN THE HOUSE ALL DAY AND NEVER SHOWED UP.
WHEN WE CALLED DIRECT TV ON MONDAY THEIR COMPUTERS SHOWED THAT THE SYSTEM WAS WORKING AND CASE CLOSED!
NEVER USE DIRECT TV OR ANY OF THEIR TECHNICIANS! COMPLETE RIP-OFF AND UNPROFESSIONAL !
