Direct TV Dish Pointing

" Looking for Easy Solution for your Direct TV Dish Pointing? "

It is very important to get know of your Elevation and Azimuth of your Direct TV Dish location in order to receive Direct TV satellite signal clearly.

If not, you might end up unable to watch any Direct TV program or receive very bad picture quality; or unable to watch certain Direct TV Channels.

So, what is Elevation and Azimuth here means? Elevation is the up and down positioning of your dish whereby Azimuth is the left to right positioning of your dish.

Your Direct TV Receiver itself is programmed to give you these coordinates and help point your dish. You'll find this in the on-screen Setup Menu, but because menus vary from system to system, it is better to check your owner's manual.

If you'd like to determine your azimuth and elevation using the directv.com Dish Pointer, try to perform the Direct TV Dish Pointing Check here
