When Direct TV offer deals, like 5 months free DVR service when you buy the NFL package, Direct TV give this to get new customers..
What about us as a long time Direct TV customers who have used Direct for years? Do we get nothing for business loyalty?!
Maybe when you come out with offers for new customers, you should also give them to your loyal customers!

May be they shall provide new offer to the existing Direct TV Customer once the 2 years contract was end and Direct TV shall treat us as new customer with new offer :)
