Direct TV False Advertisement

Direct tv ads tell you that with them you get 99.9% picture quality. What they don't tell you is it is only works if its not raining, not snowing, or if it's not a cloudy day. Every time it rains, my service goes out. I have called a couple of times about this problem. They sent out technician, he changed some parts on my Direct TV dish and some other things. Well, low and be hold, the next time it rained, guess what, the service went out. I called and complained again and told them I wanted to cancel and I was told that I would have to pay for early termination charges. I told them no way, I had complained before and problem consist. I sent them an email to customer service telling them if they don't do something, I am getting a lawyer to get involved. I told them they are false advertising because of the 99.9% quality there doesn't say if only the sun is shining. I refuse to pay early termination fees to rid myself off them, and I can promise to you, Direct TV will never have the chance to hook me again!
