Direct TV Have Poor customer service

I was mislead by a Direct TV Sales Rep and now I am paying more that I was for Comcast and I lost channels.
After 7 phone calls (most of these calls were over 1 hour in duration) I got nowhere. I waited 9 weeks for a rebate and then was told I was not eligible.
I have back up from each of my calls to work out this issue including dates, times and employee badge #'s.
I need to speak with a person above a customer service manager. Does anyone have a contact person or have any ideas to help me?
