Direct TV HD DVR says it recorded a program, but there's NOTHING there!?

I've had my Direct TV DVR for a little over a year and this has happened once or twice, but, now all of a sudden, it's happening all the time. A program is scheduled to record - it shows up in the playlist as if it's been recorded, and when I go to watch it, there's nothing there. The "delete or save" box pops up and that's it. Just so everyone knows, there's plenty of open memory, the satellite signal is strong on both tuners, there are no recording conflicts, and I've reset the damn thing 5 times in the past week and a half. Any ideas? Terrence Comment: If you ensure that this problem is not happen in the past and you have press your DVR button correctly, may be it will be the system failure of your Direct TV DVR set.
