DIRECT TV IS A RIP OFF

My room mate ordered direct tv to be installed Oct. 6th between noon and 4pm and paid $21.60 up front whereby there is no deposit required. No one showed by 6pm. she called to see why, the Direct TV Representative had been put on hold for an ex brother in laws past acct; which had nothing to do with her. They did not bother calling to tell her anything so she would not have to move entertainment center etc. and they refused to refund her $21.60.
