Direct TV is Bad

Do not sign up with Direct TV! We switched from Dish network a year ago. Direct tv Progamming Sucks (i hate that word but no other describes it as well!!!!) If it weren't for the free Dvr I would not have put up with it for one year. Now the box has gone out. After rebooting it 10 times, & working w/them on it(they want you to do all the work!!) I told them to come out & replace it, & i was hit with all of their fees. Even a supervisor that i asked for said i was "Threatening Her" when i told her i would i would tell everyone i know not to sign up for Direct tv! She obviously doesn't know what threatening her means! Bad Customer service + terrible product adds up to change back to Dish network & I'll just fight the pay consequences.
