Direct TV is Just Another Lie to get my business

by Jeff
(California)

After being with Time Warner for 11 years I switched to Direct TV to give me a receiver in my new motor home.

I spent hours talking to the sales representatives at Direct TV and made it very clear that I did not want any type of promotion. I just want a package I could count on for the next 2 years.

Literally after 2 hours of talking and going over each channel in details one at a time, I agreed and signed up with Direct TV and canceled my Time Warner account.

Bad Mistake!

3 months after signing up with Direct TV, my bill suddenly increased by 24 dollars! When I called Direct TV, they said this was a promotion!

I asked them to replay they recording of my telephone call and they refused. They tried to make it all my problem !

My commitment from here on out is to do anything possible to make them spend money and to help them lose customers.

I was insulted by their customer service staffs and they basically said "too bad!" to my request to get what I had agreed to.

Direct TV keep your eye out for me.....I will be your worst nightmare!
