Direct TV is VERY Shady!!!

We had Direct TV installed on Monday, and I called
to cancel on Wednesday. I can't get a straight answer out of anyone.
Half the people I talk to promise me that I can get local channels and the other half say I have to wait 45 day to find out.
The only reason we signed up for Direct TV is because of the great customer service they promise, the great selection of channels and the Local channels.
AFTER having an eye sore of a dish attached to our roof, we were told that we had to fill out a waiver and wait 45 days and then we may or may not get local channels.
Not to mention they brought us a HD box instead of the HD DVR they promised us. I feel like I have wasted 10 hours this week talking to a bunch of liars.
This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I only pray that they really did cancel our service and that I am not going to get stuck with a bill.
Yesterday, I was told I would get the boxes to return their equipment in 3-5 days and today they said it could take up to 21 days.
I don't think their employees have been trained very well; either that or they were just told to make it up as you go.
